- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The prices are great, and I had no problems getting someone on the phone. However, the service is VERY slow. It took them about four days to even contact my vet and then they couldn't find the prescription. I know the information I gave them was correct. I've figured out a couple of tips for ordering from this place: 1. Order EARLY. Like 3-4 weeks early if its a medication your pet HAS to have. My dog is on Proin and I'm glad I ordered 3 weeks early. Her pain medication, however, ran out today, and the package is probably 3-5 days out still. 2. Have your vet FAX the prescriptions over. It'll save you a ton of time because they take FOREVER to contact the vet, and when they do they might not have the correct information.March 18, 2017by Tiffany Tandel
